D’Oilly Manor Developments have purchased this historic building in the high street of Chipping Norton, in the heart of the Cotswolds.

This beautiful Grade II listed building has seen lots of transformation over the years from former town house, to hotel to Barclays Bank. It was remodelled into its neo-georgian style in the 1960's and after years of being on the high street Barclays Bank closed its doors in June 2023.

We are now considering various options for this building which include the company creating a ‘Head Office’ here with short term rental apartments above, subject to planning consent being granted.
